Take the roads that lead to the east, you can enter the massive Storm Gate, but be prepared for the presence of Godrick Soldiers and Crossbowmen waiting behind barricades, while an impressive Stonedigger Troll leaps from the ruins above the small canyon, and tries to snare you. It's a tough fight so you may wish to get around it by racing through on Torrent or moving a bit farther East to find an Spiritspring Jump point that will allow you to Elden Ring Runes climb to Storm Hill.
After the narrow canyon's entry point and you'll find the Site of Grace at the Scavenger's Sthack. There, your encounter will include Character Roderika.
