Jagex has a new beta event to test the mad scientist costume, and it's Barrows this time RS 2007 Gold. The final part is almost impossible to get for people with low skills and levels. But for the medium levels, it's an easy task isn't it?
It's a lot harder than I thought. I tried it with melee (65 att and str, def), but did not feel like I needed runes to slay dat or anything better than melee. Ahrim was supposed to be easy, but I couldn't hit him in any way. Only hits came from my deflect prayers, I think.
I wanted to let you know that this event is not for everyone. Logout once you've entered the tunnels and you've logged to the beta. Then continue to the next step. (I had success in looting the chest and obtaining the final piece without killing any of the brothers).
It's a good thing that there are more occasions in which people can purchase the look. It wasn't hard to do however it would've been great to have embraced the idea. I was completely out in Verac's and TokHaarKal. Fury, Berserker, Fury, Berserker(i), Dragon Boots. Grifolic Gloves. A dual whip/ee was also in my bag. I died once at Dharok. That's when it occurred to me that you can restock right in the middle of it Buy OSRS Accounts. However If you import it just before looting the chest, and then take the chest out, you don't need to do one of the brothers in Beta.
