I'm making this post? In this post I will go over a couple of things that really need to happen in my view because I think a standardized client goes a long way to get RuneScapes health with OSRS gold. It's been 7 years after the jagex client and all is still unusable in my opinion. On the dev streams around 2017-2018 before cellular released they spoke a lot about how the new renderer was very important to making RuneScape working on cellular and how they can execute it on PC after cellular released. OSRS mobile released 2 years ago now without any information on a new renderer.
The lack of foundation client features that are a must have who are available on third party clients like: loot tracker, xp per hour and activity overlays honestly just leave me endlessly confused how they aren't in the jagex customer. Every other big MMO I can think about support community generated plugins, so the reason is that the community need to develop their own API by reverse engineering the client which gets the third party customers in trouble for implementing features that jagex does not allow and causes drama. Implementing an API would signify the plugins which are made by the neighborhood are allowed by jagex.
This one is less important but something I'd love to see, it is obvious that jagex doesn't wish to employ a toggle for improved graphics in RuneScape due to the amount of time it would add onto each job into RuneScape. Rather allow the community! At this time I think RuneScape has plenty of content, therefore I think it would be a good time to slow down the content and instead concentrate on a new and improved customer.
Jagex would never make a client that is better at Runelite. When it's better then it's"EZscape", if it's worse people could just continue to utilize Runelite. It is a lose-lose. If it has all the exact attributes as Runelite it's just a waste of time so Jagex can put their name on it. Not certain why you'd want Jagex to make a clone instead of more content. It's a lose-lose but it still needs to be done imo. RuneLite could always stop being upgraded daily, or the devs and Adam could just start charging money to utilize the client.
Plus if Jagex's customer was usable to the stage where we could just ban the rest of the clients, we can eliminate a massive chunk of robots very easily. We should not wait for RuneLite to shoot OSRS hostage before Jagex upgrades their own buy RuneScape gold. It is like moving from you're parents house before you get kicked out. It seems like there is not a fantastic reason to do it since you have to live rent free, however at the future it's saving you from challenging times and opens up new opportunities.
